Natalie Wieschenberg

Project Manager

Natalie Wieschenberg (she/her) serves as the Coalition Impact Coordinator. She graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey’s School of Social Work in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree. Following graduation, she went on to Rutgers University to earn her Master’s Degree in Social Work Management & Policy and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy in 2023. She is passionate about promoting evidence-based drug policies and programs such as harm reduction.

Before her work with Partnerships, Natalie was an intern for a nonprofit substance use disorder treatment center called The Appropriate Place in Irvington, NJ. Following her internship for The Appropriate Place, she began an internship for the state-level legislative office in New Jersey’s 38th legislative district, centered in Paramus, NJ. She used her experience from her work at The Appropriate Place as a starting point to extensively research and propose harm reduction policies to the legislative members and staff of the legislative office.
