Director of Operations & Contracts
Maralie Deprinvil (she/her) serves as the Director of Operations & Contracts. She oversees the organization’s administrative processes, grant contracts, and budgets. Maralie started as a Coordinator, coordinating the Behavioral Health Infrastructure Project (BHIP). Through this project, Maralie worked closely with Staten Island providers and community partners to build the capacity of clinicians to handle behavioral health issues, reduce the stigma of mental health and substance use, and build and strengthen the peer workforce across Staten Island. As a public health professional, Maralie managed projects that seek to strengthen communities, reduce health disparities, address the physical and behavioral health needs, and raise awareness on the many issues impacting vulnerable communities. In her current role, Maralie ensures that administrative, contractual, and fiscal processes are streamlined to ensure organizational efficiency and legal compliance.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy with a concentration in health care from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master's in Public Health Degree (MPH) with a concentration on health policy and management from New York Medical College.
